Sailing together lets a fresh breeze blow through the entire team. Mutual relationships can be renewed and old obstacles overcome together. A sailing trip is therefore in itself a team building activity. Aboard the ships of the Monnickendam Sailing Fleet you can find all the actions and procedures that are also required to stay on track within the company.

Teambuilding made to measure

Do you just want to boost company morale or are there real difficulties in the workplace? At the Monnickendam Sailing Fleet you can easily find the ideal ship, with the right skipper and crew to tackle your problems. If necessary, we can bring in a licensed trainer. In small groups on one ship or in a regatta on several ships; together with the skippers of the Monnickendam Sailing Fleet you will help your team to get back on top.

Aboard the team building ships are internet access, flip charts, whiteboards and beamer projectors with projection screen or large screen TV. Several ships also offer overnight facilities, so multi-day sessions are possible.
